This video reviews the many features and functions of the detail view page in Snapforce. Detail views are the profile page of an individual record, whether it be a Deal, Organization, Person/Contact, Product, etc. We discuss customizing fields, moving fields around the page layout, moving fields off the page layout, scheduling activities, logging notes, uploading files, sending email, adding products or line items to your deals, adding additional contacts to a deal, and moving a deal from stage to stage in the pipeline. We also touch on how to move a deal to a different pipeline after you close it.
