With a lot of weapon and perk card changes coming through from the Gone Fission update (and some even before that), I figured now is a good time to make a brand new build video. This build is specifically for humans and is optimally used on low health, however, I would bet it performs relatively well even on a high/full health setup - just keep in mind to not use Bloodied weapons and Unyielding armor with higher health. Instead, Furious and Overeaters are superior choices. One issue you may run into is if you want to use Heavy guns/Melee weapons, as these type of weapons have specific perk cards within Strength that you'll want to have equipped.
