The BOYA BY-CM5 is a USB condenser microphone, which delivers a better than expected high-quality recording. It has a button to switch between cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns right in the front. Also has a plug and play installation. USB-A and USB-C cables are included in the package, both very long (3 meters long, if I am not mistaken). It also has a multifunctional knob to control volume (blue), gain (purple) and mute(red). The microphone can be used as a output interface by muting the mic and adjusting the volume of a 3.5mm headphone jack located in the bottom part of the unity.
