[62] Flipper Zero - Sub-GHz Custom Settings

In this video we look at how to use the Setting_user file to configure the Flipper Zero Sub-GHz feature. We look at how different regions have different transmit frequencies. We add new frequencies to the "Read" and "Read RAW" list. We look at how to add a list of frequencies to the Hopper feature. We also add a custom profile (which has a very narrow bandwidth). We also look at how to use CLI log command to troubleshoot potential issues in our setting file.
