Interviews with the street cleaning service, the 'Head of Environmental Enforcement' for Leeds (hahaha - Wilson you tool!) commissioned artists Neil & Kube, a rather Naziesque, Police Officer next to a former sanctioned wall - Ian Croft, & graffiti artist / tagger DLD. Interesting the attitudes presented by the powers that be as they are pretty out of tune with the reality of living in the area & suggests the £500,000 tax payers money spent per year spent on removal is just the tip of the iceberg...
