📖 Text: 1 Corinthians 15:9–11 🌿 Topic: The Undefeated Grace of God 🕊 Introduction One thing revealed by the Holy Spirit is this: a gracious life often attracts more attacks, struggles, and troubles. Why? Because challenges become the stage upon which the efficiency and prominence of God’s grace are revealed. The life of Apostle Paul is a clear example of the UNDEFEATED GRACE OF GOD. In 1 Corinthians 15:9–11, Paul declared: For I am the least of the apostles… But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain…”Grace made him who he became. Grace sustained him. Grace kept winning. 🔥 What Is the Undefeated Grace of God? 1. It is the expression of the love of the Father of all grace to redeem, repair, remove and rebuild a sinner into a saint. 2. It is the expression of the love of the Father to rebrand, refresh, renew and recommend a sinner into a heavenly candidate. 📌 Note: The undefeated grace of God makes one remain unconquered — not overcome, not overpowered, not brought down — despite opposition, pressure, or attacks. ✨ The Expression of the Undefeated Grace of God in the Life of Apostle Paul 1️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow His Past to Deny God’s Purpose - 📖 1 Timothy 1:13–14. Paul was once a persecutor and blasphemer, yet grace rewrote his story. Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound.” (Romans 5:20). His past could not cancel his future because grace intervened. 2️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow His Weakness to Defeat His Calling - 📖 2 Corinthians 12:7–9; 📖 1 Corinthians 2:3–5. Paul had a “thorn in the flesh,” yet God said: “My grace is sufficient for thee.” His weakness became a platform for divine strength. Grace turned limitation into manifestation. 3️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow Persecution to Stop His Ministry - 📖 2 Corinthians 11:23–27. Beatings. Stoning. Shipwrecks. Imprisonment. Persecution slowed him — but did not stop him. Why? Because he possessed the undefeated grace of God. 4️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow Imprisonment to Silence His Assignment - Philippians 1:12-14; 2 Tim. 2 vs 9. While in prison, Paul wrote: - Philp. 1 vs 12 -14 Epistle to the Ephesians Epistle to the Philippians Epistle to the Colossians Epistle to Philemon 📖 2 Timothy 2:9 — “The word of God is not bound.” Chains could bind his hands — but not his calling. 5️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow Him to Return to His Old Life - 📖 Philippians 3:7–8 Paul had status, influence, education, and power in Judaism. After conversion, he lost everything — yet never went back. Grace preserved him from comptonization. 6️⃣ Grace Did Not Allow His Death to Defeat His Legacy - 📖 2 Timothy 4:17–18 Even execution (traditionally under Emperor Nero) did not silence his influence. Death ended his breath — not his impact. His epistles still shape the global Church today. 🌍 Generational Impact of Undefeated Grace Even after death, men who walked in grace continue to live through their impact, such as: Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, Apostle Ayo Babalola’s revival ministry still speaks today. 🕊 Conclusion The undefeated grace of God kept winning in the life of Apostle Paul. His past did not defeat God’s purpose. His weaknesses did not defeat his calling. His persecutions did not stop his ministry. His imprisonment did not silence his assignment. Even death did not defeat his legacy. Grace kept winning. And that same undefeated grace will keep winning in your life — if you permit it.
