The Charter School I worked at this year, changed my entire perspective on Charter Schools as a whole. I have heard so many people talk about how “bad” they were but having teached in a few in the past, I believed they were a great alternative to traditional public schools. Unfortunately, all of the illegal activity I and my colleagues have witnessed is unacceptable and that’s why I had to start this series. The gross incompetence exhibited by this school and MANY others in Newark NEEDS to be talked about. OUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER.
