(Deutsch/English) Wanderung (ca. 12km) im Bavonatal (Seitental vom Maggiatal) von Foroglio via die Cascata di Foroglio - Puntid - Gerra nach Calneggia entlang dem Fiume Calneggia. Foroglio, ca. 35 km nördlich von Locarno, ist ein kleines Dorf mit traditionellen Steinhäusern, die sich um eine kleine Kirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert scharen. Aus gut 110 Meter Höhe stürzt sich hier der Fluss Calneggia über eine Klippe in die Tiefe. Eine steile Steintreppe führt neben dem Wasserfall hoch nach Puntid. Von dort führt eine steinerne Bogenbrücke weiter nach Splüia Bèla (Splüia sind Unterstände unter Felsblöcken die früher von Vieh und Hirten genutzt wurden) und Gerra (Überschwemmungsebene mit weiteren Splüias). Am Ende des Tals steht Calneggia. Ein Maiensäss (in der Regel gerodete Fläche mit Hütten und Ställen) mit traditionellen Rustici. Ab Calneggia starten diverse Alpine Touren.
