Similar to Water Sleepers, and Forget Remember When. Easy Way appeared as a Vinyl Exclusive Bonus for Perfect From Now On for the 2007 Vinyl reissue. This song came from the initial batch of recordings for the album with Doug playing every instrument except for drums which was done by Peter Lansdowne from the Purdins. For those who don't know, this initial version was finished but Doug ended up being not happy with the final product, so he recruited a lineup that would stay in the band for years to come, this would be Brett Nelson on bass and Scott Plouf on Drums. They ended up recording the album together but due to a possible tape error, the masters were not good enough to put out. So the band once more re-recorded the album, nailing it on the third try. But for the album's 10th anniversary, Easy Way was finally released. This a vinyl rip so apologies for any hiss or pops in the track
