In the first campaign season of the LHDA’s Young Professionals Programme, we featured graduates enrolled in a number of Phase II contracts and consultancy firms and followed them on their mentorship journeys. In this season, we revisit Young Professionals currently under mentorship, and delve into their experience on the Programme, through testimonies of how the Programme has not only been a game changer and catalyst for future prospects, but also, a worthwhile consideration for those looking for a powerful professional development programme. The LHDA Young Professional Programme is a training and skills development initiative, targeted at upskilling graduates in fields of training related to the implementation of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. With the ongoing implementation of construction, social and environment contracts under Phase II, we are at an opportune juncture to impart skills and develop our youth for the future world of work.
