Three mainboard IPOs - Vishal Mega Mart, Mobikwik and Sai Life Sciences, opened for subscription on December 11 and will remain open until December 13. Early trends from the grey market showed strong investor interest in Mobikwik and Vishal Mega Mart, while Sai Life Sciences was trading at a modest premium. The latest Grey Market Premium for Vishal Mega Mart stood at Rs 22, indicating an estimated listing price of Rs 100, a 28.2% premium on its issue price of Rs 78. Remember, the GMP has seen fluctuations, with the highest recorded at Rs 25 and the lowest at Rs 13. Meanwhile, Mobikwik saw the highest GMP among the three IPOs, with a last recorded value of Rs 150. Considering the upper price band of the issue at Rs 279 and the last GMP, Mobikwik shares may be listed at Rs 429 at a premium of 53.8%. For Sai Life Sciences, the latest GMP was Rs 40, which gave an estimated listing price of Rs 589, representing a 7.3% premium over the issue price of Rs 549. ..............................................................................................
