She moves to a new position basically right after you use the EX skill (and probably when she reloads for the first time), so it's important to use it at the correct time to dodge the shrimp machine gun. I believe it's actually a small AOE on the ground, so depending on when the boss uses it, Kayoko can move out of it and survive. With team 2 strat, the timing in terms of EX meter will be different, and the skill order will also be different, but this is what I found that worked. After that, it's tanking with Akari, removing shield with Sakurako, and rotating skills. Should be fairly straight forward.
