Urban Sprawl may have the final word, and here in the Eastern panhandle its ground-zero in that change. This video is part of a project of documenting the roads of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. This area is undergoing a massive amount of development, and it is not meant for any real entertainment value. It may be all that is left to the beauty of this area in time, and I feel keeping that available to others is a worthy reason to have a YouTube channel.
