How do you start to climb your personal mountain and reach your goals at the top? Mindy Gruzin tells how she climbed her mountain by breaking it up into tiny deliberate acts. Mindy Gruzin is a medical student at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine with goals of becoming a primary care physician. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State York and spent ten years as a medical assistant before realizing her dream of going to medical school. She is a self-proclaimed “resiliency advocate” and has been mentoring underclassmen and disadvantaged youth through various charitable organizations such as the YWCA for almost a decade, hoping to nurture courage and curiosity in kids of all ages.
