BBC interview with Pegah Banihashemi on leadership succession following the death of Ali Khamenei

In this BBC interview, the constitutional framework governing leadership succession in Iran following the death of Ali Khamenei was discussed. Under Articles 107 and 111 of the Constitution, the selection of the next Supreme Leader is entrusted to the Assembly of Experts, while authority is temporarily exercised by an interim leadership council during the transition period.
