Please adjust the temperature based on your oven so that the baking time can be within the range. Steps: 1. First, make a sauce that binds seaweed and nuts. Mix and heat the ingredients needed for the sauce until all are dissolved without boiling. After cooling, put it in a salad sauce bottle or piping bag for later use. 2. Take two pieces of seaweed. Squeeze a strip of sauce on the lines of the seaweed slices. Not too much about 10g. See the details of the video for reference. 3. Use a scraper to scrape the sauce onto the whole seaweed sheet. Sprinkle sesame almond slices on top of the seaweed. Put two seaweeds together. Roll it with a rolling pin tightly. Put it in the oven rack and bake it. 4. Bake at 200 F for25-30minutes. 5. After cooling, cut into slices and sealed while storing. Tips: Make sure the sauce has been cooled down before use. Make sure don’t over sauced the seaweed so the final product looks smooth and flat. If you pour too much sauce, it will require much longer time the dry it out. Don’t bake it at high temperature such as 350F which will burn the sauce and make the snack taste bitter. Don’t sprinkle layers of almonds slices inside the seaweed, spread it out evenly. Store in a sealed jar and it will last ~2 weeks. Thanks for watching my video!
