No Image / Black Screen on PS5 | Reset the Video Resolution

If your PlayStation 5 all of a sudden is not showing any image or just a black screen displaying "No Signal", "No Input" or similar message this might be for a number of reasons. Most commonly this happens when you move the console from one screen or TV to another. Where the new screen might not support the resolution from the old monitor, that the PS5 is still outputting. Resulting in no image shown at all. Luckily there is a way to reset the video resolution using the Safe Mode of the PS5 and then change it to something that your TV can handle. This approach can also help even if you haven´t switched out the TV your console is connected to. I have also included a few other things to try if resetting the video resolution does not work. Hopefully one of them does the trick. These procedures works with both the normal (disc) PlayStation 5 as well as the PS5 Digital Edition.
