Have you ever used a mini Zen garden? This easy Art Meditation is very similar as far as how it benefits your mind: slow down, relax, and find flow state through repetitive movements as you arrange your Zen "scribble circles." The exercise shown in this video is beginner-friendly; no artistic talent or experience required! Use your preferred medium for the scribble portion. If you don't have a circle punch, try cutting circles with scissors OR just tear your paper up into random shapes. You can create an assortment of Zen scribble circles using mixed media (I'm using paint sticks and acrylic markers in this video). I keep my circles all mixed together in a box, so I can revisit the arranging part of the process time and time again. For a creative & meditative session of calm, I often sit down with my circles to arrange them in different layouts. You can check out my Amazon Storefront for my favorite supplies (your local art stores should have these, so check there, too!): https://www.amazon.com/shop/createmed...
