At just 3ft 8 inches, 23-year-old Caitlin Hellyer claims she is the UK's smallest glamour model, a title she is proud to hold. Born with dwarfism, Caitlin says she is determined to stand out from the crowd and cash in on her pint-sized curves. Making up to £3,000 a month on Only Fans, she is hoping her rising profile will help her challenge conventional beauty standards.
