The Vetseal is the ONLY electrosurgery generator with a FULLY AUTOCLAVABLE bipolar thermo fusion hand piece for sealing vessels up to 7mm. Vessels are permanently sealed without leaving any foreign material in the body. A seal is achieved without carbonization or sticking and reduces significantly the number of sutures. Thermo-fusion of vessels with the VETSEAL is fast and secure and can be repeated as many times as necessary during the procedure. The modular 10mm & 5mm vessel sealing handpieces consist of a patient tube, blade, blade drive shaft and handle. All pieces are fully autoclavable and totally reusable. (NB blades are replaceable and are considered single use items). Thermo-fusion bipolar forceps are different from standard bipolar forceps and are fitted with wider tips that allow accurate clamping of vessels. They offer a choice of straight or curved forceps for open surgery or laparoscopy. All handpieces are fully autoclavable at 134degs!
