Ingredients: 720 g (3 pcs) - carrots 285 g (1 pc) - leek 280 g (1 pc) - parsnip root 275 g (2 pcs) - parsley root 540 g (1 pc) - celery root 245 g (1 pc) - turnip 540 g (1 pc) - celery stalks 120 g (1 pc) - onion 140 g (1 bunch) - parsley 65 g - dill 3 cloves - garlic 5 g - turmeric (spice) 60 g - salt 40 g - vegetable oil Directions 1. Peel and cut vegetables into cubes, cut herbs. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. 2. We put a large saucepan (6-7 l) on the stove to warm up and pour vegetable oil. 3. Add all the vegetables and herbs, salt and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring well until the vegetables give juice. 4. Close the pan with a lid and cook for another 15 minutes until the vegetables soften. Turn off the fire and let it cool down a bit. 5. Blend all the vegetables with an immersion blender to a homogeneous consistency. 6. We spread the cooled homogeneous mass in a form (or pan) covered with parchment paper, level it. The form must fit in your freezer. We close the form with cling film and send it to the freezer for the night (for 8-12 hours). 8. We take it out of the freezer, remove the cling film, let it go a little and cut it into cubes, approximately 5x5 cm in size. We wrap each cube in foil and place it in a zip bag, store in the freezer. 9. Dissolve 1 cube in 1 litre or 500 ml of boiling water.
