How to Make Your Transmission Shift Faster (K-Tuned)

PREVIOUS VIDEO ▶︎    • Battery Relocate Part 2   In this video, I make my transmission shift fast!! So my OEM clutch system, is designed to not allow fast shifts, to allow the transmission to shift ‘smoothly’. It has a built in delay orifice where it slows down the speed of the fluid going to the slave cylinder, which will restrict shift times. So by upgrading the master cylinder, the line going to the slave, and the clutch slave cylinder, we can make shifting a lot faster. If your car doesn’t have this problem, you are very lucky, however a lot of smaller non-sports cars might have this issue. So you will notice that your transmission will prevent you from shifting when you get into the high RPMs. I noticed this a lot on my car when I rev the engine out to over 5500 rpm’s. So if I was in a race and I want to redline my gears, I would have to wait about half a second between shifts to allow the engine’s RPMS’s to come down. With the K-Tuned goodies, I don’t have that problem any more. These are the parts that I used from K-Tuned to get all of this to work.
