Hello Everyone. This video will touch on the Swing-n-Slide NE 3061 Super SpeedWave Plastic Slide. So far, we have been impressed with the slide and it was virtually mindless to setup. When we first decided to get this slide for Atticus; we were afraid that it wouldn’t fit to the side of the deck properly as it was only 4 feet 10 inches. I spend a lot of time on making the stake for the slide. Just to clarify, the stake is needed for the base of the slide however I feel that making the stake into a point is not necessary. It’s your slide so I encourage you to install it the way that works best for you. It turns out that the decking boards were one inch thick and with the extra plastic on the slide, I did not have to put extra material under the deck to keep anyone from banging their heads into screws.
