The staff were lovely but they have not had the training of how to be running a 5* hotel We had a myriad of issues as you would see in this video and were offered to pay for our dinner that we had in the restaurant. When we were checking out they wanted us to sign a blank receipt for the money were going to get as a refund for the dinner for our troubles. When we complained they quickly wrote out the receipt. Who knows why they did this. I suspect they wanted to write a different amount to the one they gave us. They also wanted us to change our review score in exchange for the dinner money refund and I refused and said you don't have to give the refund but I won't be changing my review score. Hope this video helps you make a decision whether to stay here or not
