City investigates after viral brawl highlights ongoing issues at downtown Cincinnati bar

A local bar, LoVe on Fourth, located on the street where the recent viral downtown Cincinnati brawl occurred, was under scrutiny following a series of incidents that have prompted frequent police responses and liquor control violations. An investigation revealed that the bar, which operates from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends, has been the subject of 84 police calls since it opened 19 months ago.
