I wanted to find an honest/hard-working shoe cleaner and give him a nice tip to complement his honesty. I found the perfect individual, a hard-working Pashtun that takes pride in his work. He began by glueing down the tip of my shoe as it had been damaged during the journey in the North. Next up was a quick brush down, to get rid of any underlying dirt on the shoe surface. Then a brown shoe polish was applied to really bring out the colour and make my shoes look brand new!
