Business Leaders must Understand that their Responsibility needs to go beyond maximizing (monetary) profits for Shareholders. Limiting Profits & Capital to Money, as has been done over the last decades, fails to build strong, resilient and sustainable Companies. This has been shown already in the Financial Crisis of 2008, and is about to be demonstrated again due the economic challenges due to the Covid19 pandemic.
