Earned Leave क्या है?

What is Earned Leave(EL)? As the name suggests, earned leaves(EL) are the leaves earned by the employee for providing more than 300 days of service to the employer in a given calendar year. These leaves can be used for encashment of EL. The maximum amount of Earned Leave that can be granted to a member of the staff at a time shall be 180 days. viii. EL may be taken at a time up to 300 days as leave preparatory to retirement.
