We returned to Dead by Daylight for full-on 2v8 mode—two Killers versus eight Survivors. To even get into Killer matches, we had to grind two Survivor games first to trigger the Killer queue. Early Survivor rounds went smoothly, but then the real monsters showed up. Escapes became razor-thin, some barely secured, others ending in brutal deaths. Once the Killer side unlocked, we dominated with Nemesis. Every match with him felt controlled, oppressive, and clean. The pressure never stopped. For the final game, we switched to The Oni. The momentum was strong, the snowball was building—but a crucial moment slipped away when Survivors weren’t picked up in time. That break in pressure allowed them to recover, and it cost us the match.
