Philadelphia Salad Cake or Lazy Sushi. Very tasty and easy to cook.

Hello. In today's video I'm gonna show how to make Philadelphia Salad Cake or Lazy Sushi. Ingredients: Sushi Rice 500g Nori 43g x 2 (one for decoration) Philadelphia cheese (180g) x2 Wasabi - 25 to 35g Spring onion 5psc Salmon raw - 900g Sesame seeds - sprinkle Light soy source - 3-5 tbls Rice vinegar - 120ml Sugar - 60g Salt 25g Lemon How to cook: 1. Sushi Rice - Put in the pot and rinse it x3. Add 660ml water and cook, after the water starts to boil cook for 10min and take it off. Let it stay in the pot for another 10 min. Then put in the tray and cool down. 2. Sushi vinegar - add in the small pot rice vinegar, salt, and sugar and heat it up to sugar and salt dissolves. Put on the side to cool down 3.Philadelphia mix - Philadelphia cheese 2 pack put in the bowl, add wasabi. Start with 25g, then mix and taste if not enough add more. Then add Soy sauce 3 tbs, mix and taste (if not enough add more). 4. Salmon marinated - take 900g of fresh salmon fillet. You can take fillet from the shop. On 1kg of salmon fillet add 3-4 tbs of sea salt and caster sugar 1.5-2 teaspoons. Mix sugar and salt together and spread across your salmon fillet. Leave in the fridge for min of 3h or overnight. Take the skin off if you had any and slice into small pices/cubes. 5. Spring onion and avocado - Onion chop. Avocado cut in cubes and add squiz half lemon, mix well. 6. Mix together sushi rice and your vinegar. Take the first pack of nori and chop it with scissors into the rice. Mix well. 7. All your sushi rice split in two for the first and second layers. Take a big plate put on top cake form tray and start put the first layer of sushi rice. 8. Second layer. Put half of Philadelphia cheese mix 9. Third layer. Put half of the marinated sliced salmon cubes 10. Fourth layer. Avocado cubes 11. Fifth layer. The second half of sushi rice. 12. Six layer. Second half of Philadelphia mix spread nicely. 13. Sevens layer. Second half of salmon cubes. 14. Spread chopped spring onion on top 15. Sprinkle some sesame seed on top Leave in the fridge for a minimum of one hour. When eating can add more soy sauce, up to taste. Enjoy your meal.
