Yuzu Green Tea Sour | Mocktail & Cocktail!

Back by semi popular demand we have both a cocktail and a mocktail for you today! This Yuzu Green Tea Sour recipe was orogianlly found as a mocktail but in true Bob & Kelly fashion we boozed it up! It is delicious either way! First prepare your Yuzu simple syrup and Green tea: Yuzu simple syrup: 1/4 cup yuzu juice 1/4 cup sugar heat on stove until the sugar is dissolved then cool in fridge Green Tea: steep 2-3 green tea bags in a regular coffee cup and let cool Mocktail recipe: fill cocktail glass with ice pour 1/2 oz ginger beer over the ice In a cocktail shaker combine" 3 oz green tea ( cooled) 1 oz yuzu simple syrup 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 egg white ( optional) dry shake first to emulisfy the egg white, then add in a few ice cubes and shake again. Strain into glass with ice and ginger beer. Alcoholic version: follow the same recipe but only 2 oz green tea and 2 oz gin. Enjoy!
