Feasting Junkies Blog: http://feastingjunkies.blogspot.com/2... Ahh, those high-end premium buffets on the Vegas Strip. Caesar's Bacchanal, Wynn, and Bellagio certainly comes to mind. But might I suggest the buffet at the Aria. In my opinion, it's Aria, always! While there isn't really a "spot light" item such as wagyu and truffles at the Bacchannal, nor caviar at the Bellagio, you well find an amazing assortment of high end, premium dishes all done to amazing perfection. From ossobuco & pizza to dim sum & dumplings, everything is made to the highest standards. I must admit, I am one of those folks on a low carb diet, but even I couldn't resist their pizzas which were done to perfection with amazing ingredients. My unattainable standards for dim sum were, quite honestly, attained! Scallop dumplings were impeccable. Then there are all the premium seafood: with raw and grilled oysters, an amazing array for crab and shellfish, to a variety high end grilled fish -- all of which were, again, prepared to perfection. You get the theme here? Great high end selection and great preparation. I had the opportunity to visit here on their weekend dinner to sample the best they had to offer. I would certainly suggest the same. Dinner is certainly an event and the experience at the Aria certainly exceeded my expectation. From the dining room comforts, friendly servers and staff, to the amazing value (weekend dinner was about $45), this is certainly a premium buffet to consider. In the words of one of the diners there, it's "Aria, always!". Please note that this is really an under-rated buffet, with moderate lines during busy times, but I would recommend choosing times carefully to avoid the dinner rush.
