Stonebridge Ranch is your classic McKinney, TX home - built in the 90's and early 2000's, stone and brick, classic Texan vibes, with mature trees, winding streets, and some of the most peaceful, beautiful views in this part of Dallas. Stonebridge is also home to the specialty neighborhood ADRIATICA VILLAGE, which is a community straight out of a dream. Modeled after a seaside Croatian village, this collection of Mediterranean style villas, condos and townhomes sits on its own private pond and has cobblestone streets, its own chapel, bell tower, and trails along the water. Definitely one of the most unique places in Dallas! The location is the best in McKinney with direct access to the SRT (Sam Rayburn Tollway/SH-121). A great master-planned community that's got the convenience (and schools) of Frisco but with a world-class golf course (TPC Craig Ranch, home to the annual PGA Byron Nelson Championship). Home prices from the $400s - $3Ms. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MCKINNEY Without a doubt the best historic district in Dallas. Just come visit and you'll see why! Lots of great homes to choose from, or even just a great place to spend an afternoon with all of the boutique shops and restaurants. If you like living in a more eclectic (or historic) community, this is a must-see! Home prices from the high $100s (for a fixer-upper) to the $3Ms. TRINITY FALLS This is one of the newer neighborhoods in McKinney. They started building here in 2014 and are still building here in 2025. You can find new homes and townhouses for sale with some of the best builders in the area. And while it sits a little further north from the rest of McKinney, it is just off I-75 which makes it easy to hop on the highway south to Dallas, Plano, Frisco, or anywhere else you may need to commute to. Home prices from the mid $300s to $1.4M+. TUCKER HILL This has got to be one of my favorite places in Dallas. The homes are so beautiful and unique, and the sense of community here is some of the strongest in Dallas.
