We offer you a turnkey solution for rebar production plant that will cost you only $ 150 000. Each year it produces finished products worth $ 1 200 000, which is an equivalent of 2844 tonnes of steel. The line can produce: • 20 000m of 8mm rebar per 24 hours • rebar of 4-20mm in diameter • up to 4 streams simultaneously Technical specifications of CG-4 production line: • 500sq.m. are needed for the production facility (250sq.m. for line itself, the rest is allocated for storage and service premises) • 40x6x2m are line’s dimentions • power supply is AC 50+-1Hz, 380 V • power consumption is 12kW/h • 1 cubic meter of water is needed per day • 2 operator per shift are required. The cost of equipment will constitute only 0.83% of the cost of finished products produced in 10 years. You get a return of 60 000 USD a year as savings on decreased losses. Our company is constantly working on technological improvements which allows us to manufacture upgraded models every year and develop a new generation of machine lines every 5 years. Below, you will find a description of improvements that were introduced to our highly-efficient CG-4 rebar line in September 2023. Modularity and mobility The upgraded line has an improved design that lets you transport three lines in one 40'container (instead of one line). That solution significantly reduces delivery costs. The installation scheme and electrical infrastructure have been enhanced. These upgrades allow the line to be used as a "mobile production". The line is equipped with male and female plugs. Now you can switch off the line, move it to another location and switch it on again. The switch off/on procedure takes 15 minutes. As a result of that improvement, you can place a line anywhere, including areas adjacent to construction sites, and produce finished products directly on site. Wringing unit It has become easier to use the wringing unit. Now an operator can react immediately to the current needs thus ensure precise control of the production process, which generally improves the quality of finished products. Polymerization chamber A new chamber consists of modules, each module is 1.5m long. That solution enhances the quality of finished products. By purchasing additional modules, you can extend the chamber to any length. That will facilitates more efficient production of various diameters of rebar. Chamber walls have been widened. Modern materials have been used, that makes the chamber safer. The temperature of the outer surface does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. That eliminates the risk of burns for operators, increases performance of the chamber and reduces electricity consumption. Cooling system New guides for targeted water distribution will help avoid temperature shocks. This will improve alkali resistance of the finished product by reducing microcracks. The cooling system gives an opportunity to equip the line with an additional built-in chiller for operation in regions with extremely hot climates. Pulling unit The line is equipped with a more powerful pulling device. The power rate has doubled. The safety margin of this module has also increased. This improvement allows efficient and continuous production of thick diameters without overheating motors. The introduction of new automatic pneumatic clamps increases service life of polyurethane shoes, extends service life of spare parts by three times and helps to prevent rebar slipping. Cutting device The upgraded model is equipped with a more powerful motor and a cutting disc of a larger diameter. The module is equipped with a new protection circuit that prevents jamming. Coil winder A new easy-to-use winding system has been introduced. Safety The overall security level has increased. All moving parts are protected and covered with additional casings that, when opened, cause the line to get switched off. CG-4 rebar production line is an efficient and highly productine machine.
