I drive from Mühlehorn to Chur on a gray December day. There was no sun and absolutely no snow.. just a thick, low fog that kept the mountains mostly hidden. Approaching Chur, which is Switzerland's oldest city with over 5,000 years of history, through that moody atmosphere at Lake Walensee felt pretty unique.
