Day 15~ I conducted a 31 day meditation experiment begining October 1st, 2025~ each day I went live and hope you will join me here for the replay. Your participation is welcome, jump in at any time, however each day sets the foundation for the next and its best to be viewed in order and be uninterupted for the duration of the video. I lead us each day into the relaxation response and then read a 3-4 minute proverb, beginning with Proverbs 1 and concluding our 31 day experiment with Proverb's final chapter. Psalm 1:1~3 Blessed is the one who doesn’t take advice from fools, stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers but they meditate day & night on Galatians 5:14, they are like a tree planted by streams of water, bearing their fruit in the proper season and everything they do prospers. I began 20 years ago researching the Healing Response and developing protocols that are easily incorporated into daily activities, integrating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being. Participants will gain an immediate understanding of how to turn off stress response and turn on the healing response using the Breath Body Balance Acu~Protocol, becoming mindful of each of our major anatomical systems. 1. Circulatory These systems correlate precisely with the acupressure points in our hands, outlining half our major bodily systems, (the other half are in our feet) these meridians are also the basic requirements for life, meditation and the perfect assessment protocol to help us keep our bodies in tune. A counting, focused meditation done 10-20 minutes every day for two weeks, has neurological improvement that has been scientifically shown to last one full year. Done every day for a year, the results can last decades!!
