Each year, L’Oreal Paris recognizes and supports 10 incredible women with their life-changing causes as a part of Women of Worth. After losing her legs during 2012’s tornado in Henryville, Indiana, Stephanie Decker founded The Stephanie Decker Foundation to teach limb-different children to play all kinds of sports. Through perseverance, participation and teamwork, the foundation helps children realize there are no limitations to what they can do in life. "We’re teaching these kids they can do anything they want in this world. Whether you’re missing a limb, a leg…you are worth it."
