Ford Freda Auto Free Top aka Mazda Bongo Frindee This is a great campervan. I have had lots of fun using it over the last 3-4 years. Been on many adventures with "Freddie the Freda". Choose the mountains or sea. Park up, Pop up the electric roof, Stand up and pop on the kettle. Freddie is just back from a road trip up the rugged west coast of Scotland and across to Edinburgh and back. It did not miss a beat. This is exactly the kind of trip this van was made for. It is comfortable to travel in and versatile to live in. There are upgrades to this van that makes it standout from other bongos or VW transporters. It can sleep 4 but really two adults and two children would be the limit. Adding a Drive away awning adds loads of extra space. This van came from Mazda as a day van. Adding a sink, fridge and cooker turns it into one of the best campervans. It has 5 factory fitted seats with real 3-point seat belts (this is important when buy a van if someone else has converted it) You get loads of kit compared to other campervans of this size.
