ACK rejects Church of England’s move on same sex-marriages

The Anglican church of Kenya today made its objection to a decision by the Church of England allowing priests to preside over same sex marriages, known to its congregation. In the letter to the Church of England, which was read at the all saint's cathedral, the Kenyan church made it clear that it will not follow in the steps of it's mother church in England on the issue but will instead focus on social ills that plague the Kenyan public. The Anglican church of Kenya has termed the move by it's mother church to bless same sex unions as devious and a departure from biblical teachings.
