Adoption of AI technologies in the construction industry is at an early stage, and the level of adoption varies across the industry. Yet AI will be increasingly integrated into different business processes. Some might even claim that not using AI for certain tasks is irresponsible. Given the rapidly evolving landscape of AI applications and industries, unforeseen issues might arise and potentially lead to legal disputes.
