The Catherine Series' Vincent in his Cameo appearance in Persona 3 Portable. This is actually pretty well known since it isn't exactly hidden too well. He appears for both the Male and Female MC with the same dialogue for both as well, however there seems to be an error for FeMC in which he won't give his final dialogue in January. I've even gone back a couple months in case I initiated it too late, but he still won't give it for the Female.
