1993 Kenmore 80 Series Washing Bedding--FULL CYCLE

Originally recorded June 22, 2024. After finally finishing the refurbishing of this machine with a new (used/reconditioned) basket, new motor coupler, new tub wear pads, and a new drain hose (which I forgot to show in the editing process since the battery died after it finished), it's now time to wash some bedding in this washer! This will be the only cycle video on this washer, as I have since sold it to it's new owner. As for the "new" (not really) drain hose, the way I came about that was that this video was shot between times where I was out of town for a long while doing remodel work for a client up in the mountains so we were lodging at their place where we were doing the work. They had in their big barn/shop, whatever you want to call it, a drain hose from an older Whirlpool/Kenmore unit sitting left behind which was the solid rubber, but it was still in decent malleable shape. So I asked about it, and they said I could take it back, and since I thought it would work perfectly for this machine, and that way I wouldnt have to spend more money on a new piece of junk Home Depot special hose, voilà! Settings are highest of 5 water levels, cold/cold wash & rinse temps because at the time I only had one hose hooked to the machine, and a full 14 minute wash on the Heavy Duty cycle. Enjoy!
