Step 2 Dry-roast the whole spices over low heat until fragrant and golden brown. Set aside to cool. Step 3 Fry the marinated prawns until golden and fully cooked. Set aside. Step 4 Blend the roasted spices, coconut, soaked dried chillies, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of water into a smooth, fine paste. Step 5 Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and onions (reserve a few curry leaves for garnish). Add salt and sauté until the onions turn translucent. Add the masala paste and cook on low heat until thick and the ghee begins to separate. Turn off the heat, add the fried prawns, and mix until well coated. Garnish with the remaining curry leaves. ⸻ ENJOY 😉 #food #spicy #kerala #keralafood #india #indianfood #foodie #cooking #cookingchannel #delicious #viral #recipe #yummy #easyrecipe #viralvideo #best #subscribe #subscribetomychannel #support #like #enjoy #rice #cookingvideo #eating #delicious #authentic #southindianfood #southindian #keralatourism #prawns #shrimp #seafood
