Getting in the zone isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. What usually happens is that most people will pull back once they find the zone. It’s like a form of self-sabotage, but I personally have experienced this because I got scared. I would get in the zone & then shy away once I was in the zone & then fall backwards towards a more familiar pattern (safety).
