Some of them have come in with skills in martial arts besides Kung Fu. When I meet these people many times I invite them to become a part of our martial arts family by becoming a teacher or instructor. I once tried to count all of the people who became instructors at our Kung Fu Academy and at last count it was 22! I am extremely grateful to all of the people who have given me their knowledge and their perspective on the meaning of martial arts. Had they not stepped into my life, I would only be teaching one style of martial arts(Kung Fu) and we would not be able to offer all of the martial arts styles that we offer now. The gentleman you see here was one of those people who became one of my many teachers. His name is William and he learned a form of Filipino martial arts known as Tacosa Serrada Eskrima. He taught at our Kung Fu Academy for a couple of years before moving away to Florida. We miss him a lot as he was a great instructor and a phenomenal martial artist.
