加部島は、佐賀県最北部、東松浦半島・呼子港の沖約500ｍに浮かぶ小さな島で地質は玄武岩質で、北部の海岸は柱状節理の海蝕崖となっています。 最北端の断崖に現れる三方を玄界灘に囲まれたミニフィヨルドのような丘の杉ノ原放牧場を撮影しました。 小さな島に、14haもの広々とした、開放的な空間にウシが放牧されていますが、撮影当日は猛暑日で、暑さを逃れ日陰で休んでいました。 遊歩道は牧場を一周1200mほどで結び、空と海のコントラスト、緑の絨毯に映える白の灯台と断崖の玄武岩は、遊歩道を歩くほどに表情を変え、絵はがきの世界に入り込んだような、詩的な時間を過ごせます。 Kabeshima is a small island located about 500m off the coast of Yobuko Port on the Higashi Matsuura Peninsula in the northernmost part of Saga Prefecture. Its geology is basalt, and the northern coast is made of columnar jointed sea cliffs. I filmed a video of Suginohara Pasture, a hill that appears on the northernmost cliff and is surrounded on three sides by the Genkai Sea, like a mini fjord. On this small island, cows graze in a spacious, open space of 14 hectares, but it was a scorching hot day on the day of the shoot, so they were resting in the shade to escape the heat.
