India Steps Up Russian Oil Imports As Iran War Threatens Global Supply | West Asia War | News9

Amid the escalating Iran conflict, concerns are rising about a potential surge in global oil prices and disruptions in energy supply. In response, India has stepped up imports of Russian crude to compensate for reduced Middle Eastern supplies. A tanker named Odune, carrying about one million barrels of Russian oil, has docked at Paradip Port for delivery to Indian Oil Corporation. Another shipment aboard Spring Fortune, carrying around 700,000 barrels, is expected to arrive at Vadinar Port soon.
