Gameplay of Splatana Stamper (Order Splatana Replica) on clam blitz. It's been recent I used the Stickerz version of this weapon, but quite a while since I played the base kit. So I wanted to give it another shot. Thanks to @vilegato for requesting this weapon. Splatana Stamper is a mid range weapon that does good damage, okay paint output, can one shot up close, solid mobility, and great object damage. And the kit is very good. Burst bomb is a throwable sub weapon that will immediately explode when coming into contact with a surface, object, or an enemy. And zipcaster is a special weapon that allow you to grapple onto almost any terrain, leave an explosion on impact. You have armor when zipping around and you can still use your main weapon and perform other actions (like entering squid form, walking, etc), expect for using your sub. Once you run out of ink or the duration is up, you jump back to where you activated your special. Now I want to talk about the strength and weakness of this weapon and it's kit. The weapon is pretty good at applying pressure from a good distance. The vertical slash is pretty good at poking and applying pressure from a distance and even over ledges, while the horizontal slash is good at painting and hitting fast weapons. And both the slashes combo pretty well with each other. But the weapon is a bit difficult to use. It can get quick kill from it's max range and very up close, but it can be tricky to quickly get kills in-between those range. And at that range, some short and mid range weapon can kill the stamper faster. The weapon also consumes quite a bit of ink. Burst bomb is good at quickly dealing some poke damage from a good distance. You can throw up to two burst bomb since they're kind of cheap to use, the paint it leaves is quite good for your movement, and the poke damage combos well with your weapon. But although burst bomb are quite cheap to use, it has quite a bit of white ink frame, making recovering ink a bit slow. And if you just spam them, you'll be very low on ink. And zipcaster is a good special weapon that can help in distracting and applying pressure to the enemies. This special work very well with splatana. The explosion damage and even the damage when zipping around combos very well with the weapon. And the weapon has the range to be very threatening when using zipcaster. But of course, most of the value that you get from the special depends on how you use it. And if enemies find your return marker, enemies can quickly kill you once your special has ended. But if you're lucky, you can charge up an attack and perform a dash clash when landing back. You might get a kill, but of course, enemies can still punish you if they keep a distance. So when playing Splatana Stamper, you want to focus on pushing up and applying pressure. Use the vertical slash to apply pressure and if you hit them, follow up with a horizontal slash to kill them. And you can use the horizontal slash to fight against more mobile weapon. But if enemies get too close, you can also try to one shot them with the up-close vertical slash. You can even do a small dash when charging a vertical slash and this can help with mix up movement in fights. THrow some burst bomb is deal some poke damage or hit around corners and once you have your special, activate it to continue the aggro pressure.
