Today psychologist, Dr. Patrice Berry, will discuss mental health experts who provided testimony in the Carly Gregg case. "Carly Gregg (15) is charged with murder and attempted murder in a March shooting at the family’s Brandon home that killed her mother, Ashley Simpson, and injured her stepfather" -from news article below. Carly was 14 years old at the time of the incident and is being charged as an adult. Her defense team attempted to get the case moved to juvenile court; however, Mississippi's juvenile system only allowed for a 6 month sentence if found guilty.
