This video describes and incidents that occurred during my tour of North Dakota on October 18th, 2020. It began as I was traveling on a highway where the speed limit was 65 and then entered the town Beulah. Where I was trying to reduce speed as signs went from 65 to 45 to 25 mph in less than half a mile. As soon as I noticed the speed limit and the police officer to my right. He saw I reduced speed from 65 to 45 to 25 miles per hour, as fast as I could but he still gave me a ticket. The second incident occurs a little more than a hour later, when I reached my destination in Theodore Roosevelt National park, where a officer waves hello to me as he passes me on the opposite side of the road. Then does a U-turn, compliments my car when he gets to me and says I was doing 40 on a 25 when I was coming from a 35 miles per hour zone, and I was even recording deers for the video I was recording footage for my North Dakota tour video. Officer then asks me for license insurance and registration and when he comes back with the ticket asked me for my phone number and my social, which I found so strange I decided to record what was going on, he then tries to explain the ticket when i told him I didn’t feel comfortable disclosing my social and I asked him for proof that I was doing that much speed, where he refused to show and said he wasn’t obligated to. Then I told him I wasn’t comfortable giving him my social and he and the officer that waved at me go and head back to the pickup with license and said wait until he gets my social from the dispatcher.
